Saltwater Insurance Consultants Pty Limited (ABN 34 127 289 436) is an incorporated legal practice under the Legal Profession Act 2004 (NSW), whose liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards legislation.

Saltwater was formed in 2007 and is a provider of Legal and advisory services in relation to corporate insurance and Self-Insurance programs (including surety).

Saltwater has an established Workers’ Compensation consulting practice that focusses upon providing strategic advice to large organisations in all areas of Workers’ Compensation including traditional insurance arrangements nationally and Self-Insurance both within Comcare and State Schemes.

As evidence of Saltwater’s commitment to support Self-Insurers and in recognition of our services Saltwater, following an approach from the National Council of Self-Insurers, has become a major sponsor of the National Council of Self-Insurers.

Saltwater blends technical knowledge with practical management experience to offer Self-Insurers a flexible resource to assist in the review, design, placement and management of corporate Self-Insurance programs.
